Nelson County Juneteenth Celebration
A community gathering to celebrate Juneteenth with the whole family. Our theme this year is honoring Black fathers and father figures. This year ‘s program will be MC’d by Whyse Legion and include spoken word performances from Chris “The Poetic Genius” Green and the 2024 Nelson County High School poetry contest winners. There will be live music from the Jen Tal Band, free food, games and a bouncy house.
