Notice of Solid Waste Transfer Station Closing and Collection Sites Delayed Opening
Nelson County’s solid waste transfer station in Arrington will be closed on Saturday, January 11, 2025 due to the anticipated inclement weather overnight tonight through tomorrow morning, and will reopen for regular hours of operation on Monday, January 13, 2025.
The Nelson County solid waste and recycling collection sites will open at Noon on Saturday, January 11, 2025 to allow all sites to be cleared and accessible.
