LYNCHBURG — Motorists should expect delays due to a pipe replacement on Route 686 (Mt. Horeb Rd.) in Amherst County. The road will be closed at the eastern intersection of Route 60 (Lexington Turnpike).

The closure will begin on Monday, February 19. Expected completion is Friday February 23.

Message boards will be placed in the area to notify local traffic.
